look who's one!

I haven't posted much lately but I have a ton to post, I didn't want to miss this post though. My littlest is one! I can't believe it She is so fun we feel so blessed to have her in our family. She is a very busy girl with a mind of her own. At 12 months she says yes and no mama and dada and often it sounds like grandma or grandpa and broder She is crawling all over the place and can walk on her knees quite the trick she loves loves loves her little people fan club aka her brother and sister. Often they will climb in the crib with her and hang out she thinks that is the best! She is very social and loves to go to others homes and play and visit she also really likes babies. The big kids got her a doll for her birthday and it goes everywhere with her. She usually sleeps through the night and still take two good naps She has oodles of teeth 6 normal and two molars with three or four cutting right now I am tired of sticking my hands in there to find out she has enough now it hurts to put your fingers in there.  Her favorite things are bath time, time with Daddy, swinging and dancing to the music. She is just so fun.

 Since her birthday is by Halloween it is no surprise she got a monster cake, actually we got two one for her and one for the rest of us it was fun to watch her eat the cake she did the best of all three of the kids, she also did really well with opening her presents which our other kids at this age just looked at us while we opened them she was all over tearing into them, and she loved the attention of it all. We took the family to dinner since she likes to eat everything and I do mean everything we just picked old Chicago then did cake and presents at grandma's it was a nice little party. We had been gone traveling for the week before so I felt a little unprepared for her to turn one, but it could be that the year just went by so stinking fast I wasn't ready to admit my baby is one not sure.

 Dryn loves to talk on her hand she is always holding it up to head talking to someone, we got her a little phone which she adores. She is such a ham

 Grandma and Grandpa got her a scooter which has been so entertaining for her. She and the other kids can't get enough of it. She also got a dress from her other Grandma and grandpa which we will try out soon. She dug into the the cake and had a blast with it.

Most of the cake went in the garbage but it was still fun, for her to see what she would do with it. We truly love this little girl and all the joy she brings to our home she is my middle of the road baby, which is extraordinary in itself she does everything right down the middle she is a little short for her age, but she is 90's for her weight and head circumference. She has weened herself from the lolly, being swaddled and baby food for the most part. She loves strong flavors lemon, spicy food, pickles garlic peppers the stronger the flavor the happier she is for most things. She  loves to laugh and always lights up when Doug comes home , She will ask for Daddy all day long and it is the first thing she says in the morning. She often talks with her hands and it is quite hilarious. OH our little Dryn how we love you.
