General Conference was so much fun this last weekend. We did our traditional camp out in the front room, (and by we I mean doug and the kids, this pregnant lady has trouble sleeping in a comfy bed) we did a find the speaker game, We built temples out of blocks, we had our traditional waffles with strawberries at Grandma's and did the speaker bags, but the biggest hit of everything I had prepared was of course based on one of our favorite people Aubrey, I had heard through the grapevine that she and Leo were going to be singing in the choir, so we sat the kids down at the table with some puzzle and told them about a special game we were going to play, Aubrey, Aubrey where's our Aubrey, they loved it, they sat there almost the entire two hours, thrilled to pieces every time the choir would sing and they could search for their Aubrey. Who knew it would be such a success. This morning as we were sitting down to breakfast(a week later), James said, can we watch that Jesus Christ show, you know the one with Aubrey in it....LOL Doug and I about died laughing, yes we can watch conference again, we did two songs and the kids intently listened to the prophet, if only she could sing every conference, we loved getting to see them and hearing the words of our prophets, what a great weekend.
