Camping Fishing fun!

 The week of the fourth of July we took a couple of days and went camping with some friends it was so fun, other then it was REALLY cold at night, yipes was is cold, the high during the day was only 60 degrees, which was really kind of nice, but BRRR that is all I have to say about the nights. The kids LOVE love LOVE to camp that is something they count down the days to, and meeting friends their made it that much more exciting, we have some great family friends that have kids really close in age to our kids, and their 2 year old is in love with our baby so it works out very nice that the kids all have a buddy. This was the kids first time fishing, they got poles for their birthdays from Grandma and grandpa and they have been just anxiously awaiting the day we could use them, the area we went to the fish were plentiful and easy to catch, we tried to do some catch and release, but we still ended up eating about 10 or so, which Doug did an awesome job cooking, the lake we fished at we hiked into a short hike, but dryn got to try out the back pack, she loved it, couldn't have been happier in it.

 They both caught their first fish this trip, and just thought it was great! Although neither were keen on touching the fish

 Our friends got these cool roasters for the kids to do Marshmallow's although Addy still wouldn't go near the fire, to roast anything, a little gun shy from her burn last year.

 We did a number of little hikes, and we were smart and took the kids bikes this year, so they could bike around the outdoors, with their friends, it was so cute to watch.

 We also took a day and did some four wheeling and razoring, it was so much fun, we got to go on a lot of trails we haven't ever got to see before, such Beautiful country!

 Addy, Grant, James and Levi those four, such good friends. I love that my kiddos have good friends.

 Before we left we went on another hike just our family, we went into Red lodge and had pizza and by chance caught the 4th of July parade not on the fourth of July, who knew they have it 3 days that week, worked out for us, the kids had a blast with it, then we headed over to an awesome park, we played for an hour and headed home in time to catch Grandpa's birthday party.... We love camping and can't wait to go again this summer!
